We understand that sometimes life gets busy and that items cannot be returned on time. That is why we happily accept item borrowing renewal. To re-borrow your items please contact us to receive an additional 1 month loan.
However, should you not renew your items and return them after the due date, you will incur a $4 per week per item late penalty, capped at $28. We encourage prompt return of borrowed toys to ensure that everyone is able to have a turn of the range of toys we have available. |
